Programs
The Institute for Mindfulness Studies offers mindful detox instruction and coaching as part of its basic mindfulness services. It also offers a special program where Scott Rogers works directly with individuals or small groups of between 2 and 10 people to select and incorporate a detox method into their daily routine for between three and 30 days. The application of mindfulness techniques enhances the effectiveness of the detox, contributes to its being a more enjoyable process, and assists in one’s ability to maintain a more balanced way of eating after the conclusion of the formal detox program.
If you live in Miami Beach, you can sign up for the two week Summer Detox which will begin July 11, 2010. Both group and individual programs are available. Registration for the 2011 Spring Cleansetm will begin in February, 2011.
